It's More Than a Job

It's a calling!

MyBridge is a professional TEAM of people passionate about living lives of eternal significance! The right people will always find the right spot on the TEAM, and we are trusting God to bring the right people at the right time! We are praying for you even as you read this, knowing the harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. The TEAM is made up of all kinds of people, skill sets, life experiences, and interests, and together we are praying God uses us in a mighty way. For us, it’s more than a job. It’s a calling!

The TEAM consists of positions ranging from volunteer to paid…part-time to full-time. For our interns, it’s an opportunity for God to use you during your college years to accelerate ministry while also gaining experience that will benefit your future career or ministry path.

The MyBridge Español Community Representative serves as a strategic ambassador, cultivating and stewarding relationships with Spanish-speaking listeners, ministry partners, and churches in and around their community. This role is instrumental in expanding MyBridge Español’s reach, deepening community engagement, and fortifying partnerships that position us to fulfill our catalytic calling.

This role is a part-time role for a Spanish speaker, ideally serving from Grand Island, Kearney, or Lexington.

Does this describe you?
  • You enjoy events and meeting new people. You are described as engaging and outgoing in new situations. You are also responsible with details and flexible when things don’t always go as planned.
  • You are familiar with social media platforms like Facebook and would be excited to help us steward our social media for impact!
  • You have a car and are ready to use it to advance ministry.
  • You would enjoy being a servant to the behind-the-scenes work of organizing supplies, showing up early for set up, and being the last one to leave.
So what, exactly would you do? On any given day, you could be…
  • Strategizing about ways to expand the knowledge of MyBridge Español in our coverage area, including researching events to attend.
  • Organizing details to create a great experience at an event, collaborating with Teammates and the partnering organizations, and executing a meaningful experience for our MyBridge Radio family.
  • Assisting our Team with leveraging and stewarding our social media accounts.

A MyBridge On-Air Host serves as a relatable and encouraging voice, sharing authentic stories and real-life experiences that help listeners connect to God, one another, and God at work in our communities and across Nebraska!
