The TEAM consists of positions ranging from volunteer to paid…part-time to full-time. For our interns, it’s an opportunity for God to use you during your college years to accelerate ministry while also gaining experience that will benefit your future career or ministry path.
The MyBridge Español Community Representative serves as a strategic ambassador, cultivating and stewarding relationships with Spanish-speaking listeners, ministry partners, and churches in and around their community. This role is instrumental in expanding MyBridge Español’s reach, deepening community engagement, and fortifying partnerships that position us to fulfill our catalytic calling.
This role is a part-time role for a Spanish speaker, ideally serving from Grand Island, Kearney, or Lexington.

So what, exactly would you do? On any given day, you could be…
Providing administrative support by scheduling and preparing for interviews with potential guests, and coordinating logistics and communication in advance of scheduled interviews.
Drafting guest prep documents, including brief bios, key talking points, and any relevant links or notes for hosts
Facilitating “Join the Conversation” Fridays by answering listener calls, gathering responses, and following up on giveaways
Capturing and organizing listener feedback and guest highlights for potential use in digital and on-air content
This role is a volunteer role, serving approximately 2-3 hours a week, from anywhere in Nebraska!
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, mission-minded individual to join the MyBridge team as a Radio Engineer Apprentice. No experience is necessary—just a passion for learning and a heart to serve. This full-time position offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and the chance to make an eternal impact.
